HAPPY HOUR YOGA

This class is great for students looking for a gentle class to restore the mind, body and spirit.

CLASSICAL HATHA YOGA

Appropriate for all levels.

YOGA BLISS

This yoga basics class is great for beginners and students interested in learning the fundamentals for any great yoga practice.

LUNCH TIME YOGA

This 45 minute class is for all levels, designed to revitalize and energize you for the rest of your day.

YOGA TRANSITIONS

A great place for the beginner and intermediate student to explore the fundamentals of the yoga postures, breathing techniques and relaxation.

MEDITATION IN MOTION

Intermediate and experienced students can enjoy a mixed level flow class exploring a deeper practice.

PEER SATSONG

Satsong in Sanskrit means sitting with the wise or in the truth, the peer satsong is a spiritual discussion among friends.
