New to Yoga?
Here are few often asked questions.
What do I need to bring?
Please bring a yoga mat, towel and water. We do provide mats, towels and water but encourage students to bring their own.
How do I pay?
All our classes on our regular schedule are based on donations. Your donations support the livelihood of our teachers and studio expenses. All donations are deeply appreciated and you may drop cash or check into our donation box located at the back of studio.
Our suggested donations are: Drop-In $15, Unlimited Monthly $120, 3 Month Unlimited $270. We also have a convenient online donation button, making it safe and secure to donate through our PayPal account.
Do I need to sign up?
There is no need to sign up and no membership fee, all classes on our regular schedule are drop-in classes.
What do I need to wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that is not too loose. Tank tops, shorts and yoga pants work best but anything that is light and allows the body to move with ease will work.
How often should I practice?
Any amount of practice is beneficial, better to do something than nothing. Three times a week is recommend for enjoying the benefits of the practice but 4-6 times per week can be life transforming.
What is Yoga Etiquette?
- Please remove your shoes before walking on the studio floor
- Turn off cell phones
- Arrive on time or early to connect with friends and yoga community
- Light on perfume or cologne
- Be mindful of other classes in progress by using your yoga voice
- Must be 13 yrs or older to attend regular scheduled classes unless you have spoken with teacher for special allowance
- Replace all yoga props to their proper place

Everything you need for your practice is located at the back of the studio. If you're coming directly from work, a restroom is available for a change of clothes.
