Yoga for Freedom is a contributions based series of in depth courses that offers the wisdom, knowledge and benefits of this ancient sacred practice to all devoted students and teachers on the path of self realization creating freedom of mind, body and spirit.

Course will include Yoga Balance Level 1 Classes, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Philosophy - Paths of Yoga Kirtan Bhakti, Breakdown of Standing Poses, Assisting/Adjusting and Group Teaching
Week 3 (October 15-17)
Course will include Yoga Balance Level 1 Classes, Pranayama, Meditation Workshop, Yoga Philosophy, Breakdown of Seated Poses, Assisting/Adjusting and Group Teaching
Week 4 (November 5-7)
Course will include Yoga Balance Level 2 Classes, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Sutras, Breakdown of Sun Salutes, Assisting/Adjusting and Group Teaching
Week 5 (November 19-21)

Yoga Balance Refund Policy
A full refund of any contribution received will be provided to any student prior to course begins and for any student who request a refund in writing providing reasonable basis for dissatisfaction, no later than the 14th day after the date the course is concluded.
