Yes, our studio offers a beautiful serene event rental space in west McKinney at afforadable rates ($30per hour or $180 for the day). The studio has gorgeous bamboo floors and 1100 square feet of open space perfect for presentations, clinics, workshops, educational events, meditation and movement classes. The space has adjustable lighting, ceiling fans and a calm ambiance that creates a welcoming atmosphere. A wonderful sound system is available as well as yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, blocks and straps.

We teach Hatha yoga which primarily focuses on yoga postures and breathing but also includes- respect for others, self-restraint, withdrawing from senses, concentration, meditation and contemplation.

Payment for all montly fees are due the 1st of the Month by check, cash or online with Paypal. Drop-Ins can be paid with cash or check at the time of class or prior to class online with Paypal. (Purcahse links are on the bottom of every page)

Private classes offer a great opportunity to "personalize" your yoga practice. Single and package rates as well as "semi-privates" session are available. Please email tracycarruth@sbcglobal.net for additional information and availability of one-on-one sessions with your favorite instructors.

We do provide yoga mats, towels and water but encourage students to bring their own.
Wear comfortable clothing that is not too loose. Tank tops, shorts and yoga pants work best but anything that is light and allows the body to move with ease will work.

Any amount of practice is beneficial, better to do something than nothing. Three times a week is recommend for enjoying the benefits of the practice but 4-6 times per week can be life transforming.

- Recognize that simply attending a yoga class is a major statement of courage, self-care and positive momentum.
- Pay more attention to your internal experience rather than to your outer performance.
- Find an edge in the pose for yourself where you are challenged but not overwhelmed and maintain a clear, open & accepting mind.
- Give yourself permission to take a break and rest.
- Pay attention to what you are saying to yourself as you practice. Come back to an intention that is positive; give yourself appreciation for your effort and innate goodness.
- Go to class regularly, arrive a little early and talk with the other students.
- Recognize that you are developing qualities like patience, compassion, discipline, wisdom, right effort, kindness, gratitude and many others that create a steady and soft mind.
- Find a teacher who offers a balance between gentleness & firmness and whose teaching inspires you to practice from your highest self. You inspire others as you become more true to your deepest desires.
