Have you or a friend been thinking about doing yoga? Here is a three-class workshop, each class building on the other, designed for beginners. We will explore the fundamentals of the physical postures and learn to breathe and move deeply for strength, balance, flexibility, and inner peace. After the series you should feel comfortable participating in many of our regularly scheduled classes.
