• June 18 - July 9
• Wednesdays • $40 for 4 weeks
• You must register and prepay
• Kids' Yoga Level I • 11-11:40 am
• Kids' Yoga Level II (teacher approval) • 11:45-12:30 pm
Summer Yoga for Kids will be taught by Brandie Werner, RYT. Just like yoga for adults, yoga for children cultivates harmony for minds, bodies and spirits. Unlike yoga for adults, children’s yoga is full of games and playful songs that incorporate asanas and teach mindfulness, breathing and self-acceptance on a level that is appropriate for children. There's space for whimsy and sharing. Regular practice gives them the gift of staying calm under pressure as they get older and have the demands of tests and peer pressure. Above all yoga helps them have an outlet for their physical energy and helps them feel great about themselves and wellness.
