Welcome to Yoga Balance Studio

Yoga Balance is devoted to helping students create healthy bodies, peaceful minds and joyful spirits. We offer classes on donations to provide everyone with the opportunity to benefit from the practice of yoga. Our workshops and teacher trainings offer a deeper understanding and knowledge of the yoga practice and its benefits. Highly qualified teachers create a space for students to experience freedom, joy, compassion, kindness and wisdom through the teachings of yoga. Yoga Balnce is located in lovely Historic Downtown McKinney, Texas where we are deeply grateful for the community and support.

We believe yoga is for everyone. All people no matter what their income are entitled to the benefits of this sacred practice. Yoga offers us gifts of health, strength, peace, freedom, joy, truth and of the heart. Your donations support our monthly studio expenses as well as the livelihood of our highly trained and devoted teachers. As we trust you to give freely, we also trust you will experience balance, healthy bodies, peaceful minds and joyful spirits.

Tracy Carruth

Tracy is available for workshops, retreats, corporate trainings and private classes to meet your specific needs. Yoga events range from workshops for beginners to inversions for experienced students. Classes in meditation and breath awareness are also available along with inspirational speaking based on yoga philosophy. Tracy is currently booking events for 2009.
